Salaries
The Salaries Section is responsible for paying all University employees on the last working day of each month according to the current salary scales.
Other areas of responsibility include:
- Additional Payments to employees
- Compliance of Statutory Obligations
- Determining an individual's status - employed/self employed
- Maintaining accurate National Insurance records for individuals
- Maintaining accurate Tax records for individuals
- Maintaining Personal Details of individuals
- Payment to Associate Lecturers
- Payment of Deductions to Third Parties
- Payment to External Examiners
- Payment to Postgraduate Student Demonstrators
- Payment to Visiting Academics
- Providing information to employees
The recruitment off all employees must be handled through the Human Resources Division.
