MA Translation studies student placement

As we welcome our fourth cohort of students onto the MA Translation Studies we are celebrating the success of our translation placements.
Amy McGregor and Adam Kinchin both had placements at Horsham Museum both Amy and Adam spent time at the Museum, familiarising themselves with the content of the displays and the current brochure then translated the Museum's Guidebook in to Spanish and Italian respectively.
The Museum offers a broad range of exhibits so this was a good test of the translation skills of our students. The brochures are now available in the Museum and the work is credited Amy and Adam.
We are very grateful to Horsham Museum for providing this opportunity for our students and the support they gave to the students to carry out this placement. We look forward to sending more students to Horsham in the future and developing the brochure and other material into more languages
