Karsan Vaghani - Deputy Director of Estates (Campus Development)

Karsan reporting directly to the Director of Estates is responsible for the delivery of campus capital developments across the University estate. As the Deputy Director of Estates (Campus Development) he will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Estates Masterplan and subsequent programmes/projects across the campus are delivered on time, within budget and to a standard that meets the University’s ambitions.He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has worked for local authority, contractor and design consultancy. The last 12 years were at the University of Bristol as the Director of Capital Projects.
Paul Yeoman - Assistant Director (Capital Projects)
BSc(Hons) B.Arch. DMS(Dist) MBA
Paul is responsible for managing capital projects within the division. He studied architecture at the Welsh School of Architecture and is a registered architect. Paul also holds a Diploma in Management Studies and a Master of Business Administration. He has nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry and has worked for a number of organisations including private practice, local government and Higher Education .
Richard Williams - Assistant Director (Campus Operations)
Richard is responsible for the maintenance within the university and ensures that all associated statutory legislation is in compliance. His team works with the various Schools in carrying out minor works as requested. He has previously worked in an Architectural Practice, for a Building Contractor and as a Facilities Manager and has over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Richard has been with the University for over 20 years and has developed an enthusiastic and professional maintenance team in the Direct Labour Organisation and the Estates Office.
Katharin Mathias - Administration Manager
Katharin is responsible for leading the Administration teams to ensure an efficient and cost effective service is provided to the division and university stakeholders.
