Mike Davies - Director of Physical and Financial Resources

Mike is a member of University Board, which plays a key role in the management and strategic direction of the university. He has three main areas of responsibility, Finance, Estates and Campus Services. Mike is a chartered accountant and has considerable senior management experience within the university. He has a wide remit and therefore delegates day to day running of his directorate to his Financial Controller, Directors of Estates Development and Director of Campus Services. He is however a keen believer in maintaining a hands on approach to each of his areas of responsibility.
Stephen Duddridge - Director of Estates Development (Architectural)
BSc(Hons) B.Arch. MSc. MSc(Dist) RIBA
Stephen is jointly responsible for managing the Estates division . He studied architecture at the Welsh School of Architecture and is a chartered architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects . Stephen also holds masters degree in project management and facilities management. He has over 35 years experience within the construction industry and has worked for a number of organisations including private practice, local government , Ministry of Defence, Crown Prosecution Service, Development Corporation and a major international contracting organisation.
Ian Lomer - Director of Estates Development (Engineering)

Ian is jointly responsible for managing the Estates division. He is an incorporated engineer, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and an associate member of the Charted Institute of Building Services Engineers. He has over 40 years experience within the construction industry, a considerable amount of which has been spent in the higher education sector. Prior to employment with the university sector, Ian was an engineer with the Local Authority working on a variety of capital public buildings.
Paul Yeoman - Assistant Director (Projects)
BSc(Hons) B.Arch. DMS(Dist) MBA
Paul is responsible for managing capital projects within the division. He studied architecture at the Welsh School of Architecture and is a registered architect. Paul also holds a Diploma in Management Studies and a Master of Business Administration. He has nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry and has worked for a number of organisations including private practice, local government and Higher Education .
Richard Williams - Assistant Director (Maintenance)
Richard is responsible for the maintenance within the university and ensures that all associated statutory legislation is in compliance. His team works with the various Schools in carrying out minor works as requested. He has previously worked in an Architectural Practice, for a Building Contractor and as a Facilities Manager and has over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Richard has been with the University for nearly 20 years and has developed an enthusiastic and professional maintenance team in the Direct Labour Organisation and the Estates Office.
Katharin Mathias - Administration Manager
Katharin is responsible for leading the Administration teams to ensure an efficient and cost effective service is provided to the division and university stakeholders.
