Web Roombookings
Web Roombookings enables you to register to our online requesting system. Once registered you are able to select the room, date, times etc that you wish to request or see what rooms are available and when.
When you have completed the form and submitted your request you will receive an email informing you that your request has been passed to the roombooking team for processing. The team will check the request and if available book the room, this will then generate an automatic email confirming your booking.

Please note:
- If off-site you will not be able to access this facility;
- This facility is only available to Cardiff University staff members. Students wishing to request a room on campus for a society booking should contact the Students Union Reception who can arrange this.

Please note that this is a requesting system, bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email with a reference number. All bookings will be made in compliance with the Terms and Conditions for hiring University Pool Room.
As it is University policy that no food and drink be taken into the pool rooms, please ensure that events requiring food and drink are approved by roombooking's prior to the event.
