The Minor Works Team have been asked to undertake a variety of refurbishment projects this summer, including:

• Aberconway Hall: Flats A-H
• Cartwright Court: Houses 11-14
• Colum Road: Houses 124, 130, 146 & 152
• Gordon Hall: Ground Floor
• Senghenydd Court: Blocks A-K Fire Alarms
• Senghenydd Court: Block H
• Talybont South: Houses 19, 17 & 13
• Talybont North: Block M & Southgate House
• University Hall: Nevern 2 & Wardens
• Village Houses: 10, 12 & 26 Ruthin Gardens, 46 & 64 Miskin Street and 10 Llandough Street
