Scope of Works:

Conversion of Ground Floor student bar to new bar and catering facilities known as the 'IV Lounge'. 

The IV Lounge incorporates a deli bar which is open from 8.30am to 2.30pm daily and provides freshly made baguettes, Panini’s and rolls made to order. Hot pies, pasties, homemade soups, baguettes, sandwiches, wraps, salad and fruit tubs are available every day along with cold drinks and full range of confectionery and crisps and snacks.

Bookable function facilities are also available.
