Scope of Works: 

Estates carried out enabling works which involved the removal of all internal non load bearing walls and redundant services from the 3rd floor.

The fit-out contract involved the construction of new metal stud partitions to form offices, laboratories and research areas, renewal of existing finishes, fitting doors and glazed screens, installation of laboratory furniture including waste disposal installations, fume cupboards and associated ductwork, installation of new roof top plant room and mechanical and electrical installations.
