Scope of Works: 

The School of Biosciences has a need for increased office and study space accommodation together with consideration for a new “front-of-house” reception area.

The works comprise the creation of a two storey extension over the existing South Podium Deck to house a new reception area, offices, meeting rooms, a large seminar room and new catering facility. 

The whole project will be established to the best modern standards with suitable attention to heat loads and air filtration to promote a truly interactive environment.

This project is part of the Campus Horizons Investment Strategy to transform the working environment throughout the University estate.
