Maintenance Policy
The Estates Maintenance Section aims to provide a cost effective quality maintenance service designed to maintain the University’s physical assets in support of the mission of the division. Part of this service is organised to ensure that arrangements are in place to satisfactorily meet the needs of statutory legislation for which Estates have delegated responsibility.
