About us

Like its sister organisation the Scottish Network of Modernist Studies, the Welsh Network aims to provide a platform for better communication and collaboration between modernist scholars in and around Wales. The group includes, but is not limited to, the study of Welsh modernism. We have a mailing list which we use to share information and details of upcoming events; to join, please visit our JISCmail page. To send an email for circulation among Welsh Network members, send the message you would like to be forwarded to our email, WNOMS@JISCMAIL.AC.UK.

History

The Welsh Network of Modernist Studies was launched at the Alternative Modernisms Conference at Cardiff University on 15 May 2013. To celebrate the launch of the new network, we were delighted to welcome Dr Daniel Williams (Swansea University) to deliver the inaugural Welsh Network of Modernist Studies Lecture. For more information, please see our Keynotes page.
