Welcome to our new researchers network for studies in Systemic Functional Linguistics
The SFL New Researchers Network has been established to help those working with and learning about Systemic Functional Linguistics (including but not limited to post-graduate students) to establish and maintain contact with peers for sharing ideas, resources and support.

Unfortunately this group has been inactive for the past few years.  The information on this site may be out of date.

The Pod
"The crisis is now so severe that the Modern Language Association has issued a report suggesting that humanities departments begin to curtail their acceptance of incoming graduate students. A responsible move, but too little, too late. ... Despite what everyone has told you, a Ph.D. is NOT a useless degree. It can carry a great deal of cachet, and, if you've done it right, it can actually teach you marketable skills."
