Jessica Spayde
Jessica’s Bachelors of Arts is in Sociology from The College of Wooster, in Ohio, USA. Her Masters of Arts is in Sociology from East Tennessee State University, USA. She also did doctoral coursework in Sociology at Michigan State University, USA, before joining the PUREFOOD project. Her PUREFOODproject is looking at the role of the private sector in sustainable public food procurement, using the London 2012 Olympic Games as a case study.
