Founder, co-organiser and co-chair of the 2008 PhD Experience Conference Workshop, a national interdisciplinary conference about the PhD process that was formulated and organised entirely by PhD students at the University of Hull.
My research interests are broad and include the governance of sustainable development and climate change, climate change mitigation, adaptation and resilience, environmental politics, the political economy of the state and the scale debate in human geography. More specifically, my interests examine how power is configured and negotiated across territorial space and scale through climate change governance interventions.
