How to book a place on a workshop

To reserve a place on a workshop please click on the book a place link below the workshop you want to attend. Booking opens 4 weeks before the workshop date. This will reserve your place and once you've submitted the request you will receive an acknowledgement and notification of your workshop place.

Weekly Mindfulness Drop-in Sessions

The Mindfulness Meditation Drop-in Sessions at 16:00 on a Thursday have been suspended from 12 December 2014 until further notice. We hope to re-instate the sessions next term.

We normally offer weekly guided drop-in sessions, providing instruction in two traditional forms of meditation: The Mindfulness of Breathing (to develop focus and concentration) and The Metta Bhavana (to become more emotionally flexible and robust). Our sessions run during term-time only; however the Buddhist Centre in Roath offers weekly Mindfulness Drop-In sessions all year round - please follow the link below for more details:

Our co-curricular workshops are designed to be informative, self-help sessions that encourage you to develop better employment skills, as you share and learn from each other in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
