How to book a place on a workshop
To book a place on a workshop please visit the web page for the workshop you wish to attend and complete our Workshop Application Form. Once you've submitted the application form, you will receive an acknowledgement and notification of your place on the course you have requested.
Weekly Mindfulness Drop-in Sessions
These guided drop-in sessions will provide instruction in two traditional forms of meditation called The Mindfulness of Breathing and The Metta Bhavana (the development of loving kindness). The mindfulness of breathing helps us to develop focus and concentration. The Metta Bhavana helps us to become more emotionally flexible and robust.
