Group Accommodation
Group accommodation is available at a number of venues, most within easy walking distance of the city centre. There are a range of options, including self-catering and bed and breakfast.
Availability dates:
Summer 2013: 21st June - 12th September
Summer 2014: 20th June - 11th September (Provisional)
Our accommodation is arranged in flats of varying numbers with each flat having its own kitchen/dining area equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and ironing board. Please note irons, adaptors and hairdryers may be available from reception if required.
All rooms are single occupancy and include towels and bed linen. Tea and coffee making facilities are also included in the price. Other facilities available are free parking and a launderette.
Depending on your requirements we will be able to advise which University residence would be the most suitable for your group.
Catering
We are able to offer groups of 30 people (or more) a breakfast and evening meal option (including weekends). For any group under this number options for breakfast and evening meal would be dependant upon other booking in place at the same time.
We are also able to offer breakfast on a cash basis Monday - Friday at the Main University Building/Trevithick Building for those guests staying at either Colum Hall or Senghennydd Hall.
Depending on your requirements we will be able to advise which University residence would be the most suitable for your group.

Costs for dinner are dependent upon the menu you choose. A two course self-service dinner with tea and coffee would be £10.50 (excluding VAT)
The levels of service for bookings are:

| Shower Mat | Replaced every third day |
| Gifts | One set on arrival only |
| Beaker/Glass | One near wash basin – replaced/washed every three days |
| Beverage Items | Replaced as required daily |
| Cup/Saucer/Spoon | Replaced as necessary in kitchen/or bedroom as applicable |
| Washing up Liquid & Tea Towel | In each kitchen and replaced as necessary |
| Local Map & Information Card | On notice board in each room |
