Chemistry is an important and exciting discipline which plays a significant role in many areas of science and in everyday life. The Cardiff School of Chemistry is recognised as a modern, dynamic and innovative centre for teaching and research.

Cardiff School of Chemistry offers a broad range of different degree schemes, leading to either MChem or BSc qualifications, enabling students to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to develop their future careers, whether in the chemical industry, related professions (e.g. teaching, journalism) or in an area distinct from chemistry. You can study Chemistry on its own, or alongside other subjects in the sciences in a number of joint and integrated degree schemes. There is also an opportunity for study in an overseas university or to gain work experience.
