The Welsh School of Architecture is located in the heart of the city centre. With the M4 right on our doorstep, the school is accessible by both car and coach transport. Additionally Cardiff is very close to Wales's International Airport, especially useful for international students. Cardiff also has excellent public transport networks which prove very beneficial for students looking to venture out of the city during holiday periods.

By rail

Cardiff central train station is located within walking distance of the school, linking Cardiff with all major UK cities as well as connecting towns and other areas. Cardiff to London service runs on average 17 times per day allowing for an excellent transport service.

By Coach

Coach transportation is a very popular means of traveling to Cardiff from various destinations, please visit National express. Services operate numerous times each day from many airports and other destinations.

By Air

The Welsh School of Architecture is accessible from all major airports within the UK with Cardiff International Airport being only 11 miles from the city centre.

Car Parking

Car parking spaces are very limited within the University car parks and you will be required to apply for a permit in order to park within the school grounds. There are car parking spaces located around the surrounding area of the school which operates under a pay and display scheme. Cardiff itself has many NCP car parks all within walking distance of the school.
